These are oursmallest and thinnest jump ringsand are designed for experienced permanent jewelry artists working with ultra-delicate chains.
At just26 gauge (0.39mm) with a 2.3mm outer diameter, these rings require significantly more precision to align and weld than standard 22–24 gauge jump rings. If you are new to permanent jewelry, we recommend starting with a larger gauge jump ring before working with these.
IMPORTANT — MACHINE-CUT EDGES
These jump rings aremachine cut rather than bench/hand cut. Because of the cutting method and extremely small wire diameter, the ends may not appear as perfectly flat or flush as bench-cut rings.This is normal for this product and is not a defect.
They can absolutely be welded successfully, but proper alignment is especially important. You may need to adjust the ring with pliers to bring the ends together before welding, and finding the correct welder settings may take some trial and error.
Best for experienced permanent jewelry artists or anyone comfortable working with extremely small jump rings. If you're up for the challenge, these are a great option for tiny chains where a larger jump ring simply won't fit.

Thank you for your feedback. These are our smallest 26 gauge jump rings and are specifically designed for very delicate permanent jewelry applications.
These rings are **machine cut** which means they are cut during the manufacturing process using machinery. Unlike **bench-cut jump rings** which are individually cut with flatter, more flush ends, machine-cut rings can have slightly angled or less perfectly flush-cut ends. This is normal for this type of jump ring and does not mean the ring is defective.
Because these are also extremely small at just 2.3mm, they require more precision to align before welding than larger or bench-cut jump rings. They can be welded successfully, but they are best suited for experienced permanent jewelry artists or those comfortable working with very small components.
