The chain itself kept breaking i had 3 clients complain that within the first day the chain itself kept breaking and i never have issues like this with any other chains

This is actually one of our best-selling chains, and we've had excellent results with it. I personally wear this exact chain every day with a fairly heavy cross pendant, and it has held up without any issues.
